for exhibitors: Friday – Saturday 8.00 am – 6.00 pm, Sunday 8.00 am – 10.00 pm
for visitors: Friday - Sunday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm
4.4. Start dismantling – End dismantling: Sunday, 14.03.2021 after close the trade fair to 10.00 pm
Monday, 15.03.2021 from 8.00 am – 6.00 pm
Are only possible with the agreement of the trade fair management. Extra costs shall be borne by the exhibitor.

Exhibited wares must correspond to those listed in the product index.
Faszination Modellbahn is not a “sales show” but an exhibition, the profile of which must not be changed. The direct selling of merchandise shall therefore only be permitted in accordance with the following conditions: Permissible for direct selling in general are journalistic products, and self-made products by small-series manufacturers, which are not distributed through model-making specialist dealers.
On application, the direct sale of merchandise of the modelmaking industry shall be permissible only if performed by specialist dealers admitted to the exhibition. An application to sell merchandise must be submitted together with the Exhibition Contract/Booth Registration, giving complete and correct indication of all the manufacturers whose merchandise is to be sold at the exhibition. A decision on admission to the exhibition shall be made by the organiser in cooperation with the existing exhibitor council. There is no legal claim to admission.
Sales space available for specialist dealers is limited to a total of 250 sqm. No sub-leasing of the allotted stand space shall be permitted.
No propagandistic sales activities which could disturb the character of the exhibition shall be permitted, such as “direct sales” signage, use of microphones, loudspeakers etc. Catering booths, lotteries, raffles and other competitions shall not be permitted. In exceptional cases and upon written request the organizer may grant special permission at his own discretion.
In order to present a high-quality exhibition please note the following minimum furnishing standards for exhibition stands:
9.1. Every exhibitor must put up his own sturdy side and back walls, or order them from the stand constructor.
9.2. Sale of products must be made over a sales counter.
9.3. Goods to be sold must not be stored in banana boxes or suchlike.
9.4. For open-plan stands it is compulsory to cover the floor of the stand with carpeting or a similar floor covering.
9.5. Billboards or placards must not be placed outside the stand boundary.
9.6. There must be sufficient lighting within the stand.
If you do not have walls and furnishings for your stand, we can offer you a complete stand (“All-in Package”, 45,– € per sqm) or you can order appropriate stand walls separately (31,– € per linear metre) via our Online Order System, about 8 weeks before the fair.
Please bear in mind that if your stand construction does not comply with the above named standards the organizer is authorized to put up the missing walls, carpet etc. at the exhibitor’s cost.
