There are no set-up passes at our trade shows!<\/strong><\/p>\n

To protect against theft, it is imperative that the set-up times are adhered to. We would like to ask all exhibiting companies to have at least one person present at the stand until the end of the set-up period. The halls will be cleared by security at the end of the set-up period.<\/strong> If there are companies that have not yet completed the set-up at this time, an extension of the set-up time can only be permitted if a person from the security service supervises the set-up of this company at the expense of the exhibiting company. The cost for one person of the security service is about 25,- \u20ac\/hour plus. VAT<\/p>\n

Access to the Maimarkthalle via the two roller shutters at the rear of the hall is only permitted for unloading and loading vehicles. Driving into the Maimarkthalle is at your own risk. The side doors measure 1.95 x 2.10 m and cannot be driven through with larger vehicles. <\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][vc_custom_heading text_size=”h4″ uncode_shortcode_id=”939083″]Driving onto the Maimarkt site or entry deposit[\/vc_custom_heading][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=”212120″]Driving onto the Maimarkt site (access via GATE 2) during the set-up period is possible with a valid parking permit or against payment of a deposit of \u20ac50 per car and \u20ac100 per truck.<\/strong> A trailer counts as a separate vehicle.<\/p>\n

Parking permits are provided with a BARCODE and must be scanned on entry. <\/strong>If you leave by the end of the set-up period (Thursday 8pm), your deposit will be refunded. Access to the Maimarkt grounds during the fair is only permitted on presentation of your exhibitor pass.<\/p>\n

Access to the Maimarkt grounds during the trade fair is only possible with your exhibitor pass and a valid parking permit. For the purpose of deliveries, you can also drive onto the Maimarkt site for a total of 1 hour against payment of a \u20ac 50 deposit.<\/p>\n

If you have not settled your accounts by the start of the stand set-up period, you must do so at the exhibition management office before the fair. Checks cannot be accepted as payment.[\/vc_column_text][vc_custom_heading text_size=”h4″ uncode_shortcode_id=”859968″]Dismantling[\/vc_custom_heading][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=”194080″]The dismantling will take place on Sunday, the March 14, 2027 from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and on Monday, March 15, 2027 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that no dismantling of the exhibition stand is permitted on the last day of the exhibition before it closes at 5:00 p.m.[\/vc_column_text][vc_custom_heading text_size=”h4″ uncode_shortcode_id=”181155″]Parking during fair hours[\/vc_custom_heading][vc_custom_heading text_size=”h5″ uncode_shortcode_id=”111145″]Car – parking spaces (up to 3.4 to.)<\/em>[\/vc_custom_heading][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=”208545″]A limited number of <\/strong>parking spaces are available for exhibitors within the Maimark grounds (access via GATE 2) <\/strong>. The<\/strong> The price for a car parking permit within the Maimarkt grounds is \u20ac42.02 plus VAT and can be ordered using the online ordering system. <\/strong> A parking space in the booked parking area cannot be guaranteed!<\/p>\n

The parking tickets are valid for the set-up and trade fair days. <\/strong>The parking permits must be visibly attached to the vehicle. The parking tickets are provided with a BARCODE and must be scanned on entry.<\/p>\n

The following charges apply: parking space \u20ac10\/24 hours, electricity \u20ac1\/1 kWh and water \u20ac1\/100 liters. These fees must be paid in advance at the parking ticket machine. The parking ticket must be visibly displayed behind the windshield. A toilet is available at the technical building. Further information at www.wohnmobil-mannheim.de!<\/a> The Maimarkt grounds can be reached on foot in approx. 10 minutes.<\/p>\n

Alternatively, you can stay overnight with caravans or motorhomes in parking lot P 6 (no height restriction). The maximum parking fee for P 6 is \u20ac5 per day.
