4.1. Start of set-up – end of set-up: Wednesday, 10.03. – Thursday, 11.03.2027, daily from 8.00 – 20.00 o’clock

4.2. Duration of the event: Friday, 12.03. – Sunday, 14.03.2027

4.3. Opening times:

for exhibitors: Friday – Saturday 8.00 a.m. – 6.00 p.m., Sunday 8.00 a.m. – 10.00 p.m.

for visitors: Friday – Sunday 9.00 – 17.00

4.4. Start of dismantling – end of dismantling: Sunday, 14.03.2027, after the end of the fair until 22.00 hrs.

or earlier, if the designated areas are occupied. If spaces are available, registration is possible even after the registration deadline.

The participation of non-material participants with models or model railroad layouts is free of charge.

We charge a contribution towards expenses of €25 for accompanying persons during Steam modeling. The accompanying person must be named!

Non-commercial participant receive free admission on all days of the trade fair as well as on the set-up and dismantling days when they send in their exhibitor pass.

The stand space will be provided after consultation with the exhibition management. The non-commercial participant is responsible for an appealing design of the stand space provided.

With his registration, the non-commercial participant undertake to be present with his exhibits for visitors throughout the event and until the end of opening hours.

If possible, non-commercial participants will receive a free parking pass at a parking lot close to the Maimarkthalle.

Motorhomes (no caravans) can be parked on the motorhome site in Hans-Thoma-Straße in Mannheim-Neuostheim for 10 euros per day. Electricity and water are charged separately. The Maimarkt grounds can be reached on foot in approx. 10 minutes.
Alternatively, you can park your caravan or motorhome in parking lot P 6. The maximum parking fee at P 6 is 6 euros per day. There are no electricity or water connections available at parking lot P 6. There are also no sanitary facilities.

It is not allowed for non-material participants to offer models or accessories for sale on the exhibition area and disregard will lead to exclusion. Thus, no “for sale” signs may be placed in the exhibit area. Direct sales are reserved for commercial exhibitors.

The organizer decides about the admission of the non-commercial participant and the models. The organizer is entitled to refuse registrations. The granted approval can be revoked if the conditions for the granted approval are no longer fulfilled. By signing the registration form, each non-commercial participant agrees to be present for the entire duration of the trade fair and to manage his stand area accordingly.

Distribution of brochures or other printed matter is not permitted outside your stand area or in the parking areas.

The organizer has liability insurance for its legal liability. This only covers damage to third parties for which the organizer is responsible.
The organizer cannot offer insurance cover for the models against damage or theft.

Once registration has been confirmed, withdrawal by the non-commercial participant is only possible in writing up to 2 months before the event.
The organizer reserves the right to charge any costs incurred.
